"Every time I've done something that doesn't feel right, it's ended up not being right."
-Mario Cuomo

The significant behind this quote is that when you feel that something isn't right and you go with your gut most of the time you were right to feel bad because it ended up not being right. Sometimes second guessing things that you aren't sure about can lead you to making the wrong mistake but yet again sometimes the decisions you choose aren't between right or wrong they are on what do you want live like they are life choices that will impact your life in every way. Anyway so when you feel something isn't right just follow that instinct and don't think about it too much because 99% of the time your instincts are right.
Cytotechnologist CPCC

What the video demonstrated was the type of work that you have to do and like in order to be a Cytotechnologist. You have to a very observant person who has patients and can distinguish the similarities and differences among the same type of cells per say. A Cytotechnologist has to enjoy what they are doing or else nothing would get done and it was just a waste of time and money. I personally wouldn't enjoy being a Cytotechnologist because I don't have the patients to be staring at something that I probably don't have a clue what is it that I'm looking for. I respect the people who decide to be a Cytotechnologist because they are the people who are finding the cures in the world for cancer and different diseases that at the moment aren't curable, even though I love to help people and this would be a great way in supporting them this isn't for me, you have to be a committed person and very patient which is something that I'm not very good at.

"Only I can change my life"
-Carol Burnett

This quote has a lot of power when you really think about it. It may be a 6 word quote but the potential this quote has is immense. What this quote means is that you are the creator of your life you make the life you choose to have you are the one responsible for the actions you decide to take and if you are living a very poor life that's because you attracted that to yourself your thoughts and actions are the ones that brought you there and you have the capacity to switch it all around if you are committed and up for it. An example would be, You have a really bad habit of smoking cigarettes and you know the effects they will do you your body but you can't stop for which ever reason. You have the capability to change it and replace it with a better and healthier habit. All you have to do is think about what you want to do rather than what you don't want to do.

"There is no pillow so soft as a clear conscience"
- French Proverb

In my opinion this quote is regarding the conscience as the reason why you d what you do and when having the conscience full of unnecessary ideas you won't be able to get rest even having the most comfortable pillow. The conscience is key to the person you decide to be and when having the thoughts you want and need then you will be comfortable because you are sure and safe about your thoughts. your conscience is where you feel bad or wrong on the decisions you take and its up to you to listen to your conscience. A great example would be stealing at a store and not getting caught will you a rush of adrenaline and it will feel crazy and intense but after a while you start feeling remorse, that is your conscience talking, making you realize you did wrong and won't let you stay in piece until you realize that what you have done is wrong and want to do something right.

"You have only always to do what is right. It will become easier by practice, and you enjoy in the midst of your trails the pleasure of an approving conscience"
- Robert E. Lee

In my opinion, I believe this quote is talking about how to make choosing the right a habit instead of an option. Choosing the right can give you some type of stress relief and make you feel good and confident about yourself. You will have a clean conscience when doing the right which can help improve your self esteem, feel gratitude and a feeling of pleasure if you will. Having a clean conscience is a good way to live life rather than feeling remorse or sorrow so choose the right. Overall I agree with this quote, let choosing the right become a habit rather than a choice and always feel good. Always start your day off with a good deed and end up being in a good mood all day. Choosing the right can get you very far, making the right choices helps your career. Doing the right shouldn't be something to think about very long, not even to think about at all and just do. When you look back in your life you want to feel pleased with the decisions made and that they were the right decisions and feel proud of yourself for not struggling in whether doing the right and just doing it. An example of this quote is when you help an old lady cross the street after doing the deed you will feel good about yourself no matter what because you at least accomplished something during the day. Always choose the right and never go back.

"Have the courage to say no. Have the courage to face the truth. Do the right thing because it is right. These are the magic keys to living your life with integrity."
- W. Clement Stone

I believe this quote is a very good quote to live by you have to stand up by what you say or think and face the truth. Honestly this is one of the most simple and true quotes that I have read and honor. When you know something is wrong don't do it because everyone else does it be the one to say no.

I have three messages:
  1. We should never give up
  2. You are never too old to chase your dreams
  3. It looks like a solitary sport, but it takes a team.
                    -Diana Nyad, American Swimmer

I believe the messages that she gave out are concrete messages that everyone should live by. You should never give up on anything whether you think you might fail you never know until you try it and don't give up, and if you did fail then you learned a lesson, you learned what and what not to do. You aren't too old to chase your dreams as long as you have a goal and purpose you could achieve anything you want. When she says it looks like a solitary sport, but it takes a team, she is saying you can't something by yourself, you are always going to need some kind of help and support. It takes a team for a swimmer to win without the team the swimmer wouldn't have accomplished their goal.
