Duties and
Responsibilities:
Psychologists study the behavior and actions of people to
understand, explain, and change their behavior patterns. They also
provide counseling and therapy to those with emotional, learning, and behavior
problems. Psychologists work in schools, clinics, hospitals, and private
practice. They can specialize in clinical, educational, quantitative,
developmental, social, experimental, and industrial-organizational psychology.
Salary: $45,000 - $65,000
Education:
Students should take challenging
high school courses in English and Science. You must earn your PhD in
psychology by entering into graduate program, admitted only if undergraduate
major is psychology and performance.
Reflection:
Actually psychology is my dream
job, but I want to become an industrial psychologist because you get to work
with different companies from different places around the world, having the
opportunity to travel and interact with different people all the time is like
my dream job, I mean before becoming an actress! ;)
