Nursing Home Administrator

Duties and Responsibilities:
Nursing Home Administrator direct and plan long term operations and faculty care. They supervise personnel, financial, medical, and nursing administration. Many Nursing Home Administrators administrate many nursing homes.

Salary: $40,000 - $55,000

Education:
Students should take challenging high school courses in math, science, English, and business. You are required to have a bachelor’s degree in nursing home administration. They should also complete an internship program and a comprehensive examination.

Reflection:
I wouldn’t like to become a nursing home administrator because it seems like a lot of taking care of and some much paper work and filing it’s just not my thing. Taking care of other people isn’t my forte and making sure they do their job right well if they can’t do it what makes you think I could make them do it?
