Duties and Responsibilities
Ophthalmologists are physicians who treat eye disorders and diseases. They treat vision problems and prescribe pharmaceutical and corrective eyeglasses. They also have the capability to perform surgery if necessary. Ophthalmologists work in hospitals, clinics, or have their private practice.

Education:
Physicians are only eligible to become ophthalmologists after completing medical school, internships and a three to five year residency in an approved ophthalmology program. After completion of residency program an exam will be taken for certification.

Reflection:

I would consider becoming an Ophthalmologist for the reason being, I like the medical field and this seems like a great route to grow in thought I might reconsider the whole surgery thing but it seems like an amazing job that I would like to have.
